Simply turn the throttle and go for those beginners; with an easily adjustable throttle limiter keeping the speed set to what Mom and Dad feel is safe. It has a seat height of 22 ” with fully supporting training wheels for the kiddies to learn the fun of riding without the spills . It is available in Orange, Blue, and Green colors.
